Between 15th March and 10th June, the Pass Dégustation- indispensable if you want to discover the whole Bordeaux wine universe in this amazing festival- is available to buy in advance online, at 16€ instead of 21€! Make the most of this special offer.

On the quayside, listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage list, lovers of wine, gastronomy and culture are invited to share four days of celebration at the Bordeaux Wine Festival. The 10th edition will highlight the Great Wine Capitals, as well as Hong Kong, Quebec, and Brussels.

The program includes an open-air wine trail to discover, enjoy and share, as well as strolls through the vineyards to encounter the most beautiful châteaux’s in the world. Concerts, a giant sound and image show, fireworks display, and tastings are also included.

During 4 days, the last weekend of June, tasting booths are open from 11am to midnight on the left bank of the Garonne. Glass in hand and the tasting-pass in the pocket, you wander a 2 km Wine Route between the eighteenth century facades and the river Garonne. The wines of Bordeaux and Aquitaine are available for tasting in different pavilions and Wine School organizes the 2 hour tastings workshops to complete your knowledge. Every day a new animation is programmed for the enjoyment of young and old: running barrels wheelers, Brotherhoods parade, Bacchus' giant banquet...

Every evening, the Bordeaux Music Festival anime Esplanade des Quinconces with concerts. At nightfall, Place de la Bourse, come and watch a giant sound and light show projected on the famous eighteenth century facades. And to end the evening show, enjoy the international fireworks festival which illuminates the Garonne... under your warm applause!

The Tall Ships Regatta in honor!

Celebrating its 20th anniversary will be an unforgettable moment. Bordeaux Wine Festival hosts the Tall Ships Regatta 2018!

The race was conceived and grew up with the objectives to promote traditional sailing with youth around the world, encouraging them to sail together and create bonds of solidarity and friendship. These origins explain the uniqueness of the TSR.

The Tall Ships Regatta is different from other sailing events by the peculiarity of the participating ships and racing rules. The Tall Ships Regatta brings together the largest yachts in the world, but also smaller sailboats. Only one thing unites them: the love of the sea and the marine spirit.

Each year, sailors boarded for several weeks. The crews include professional seafarers and trainees. Such interbreeding allows to mix experiences and to share knowledge of the sea to neophytes.

In addition to the sports performance, are also taken into account in determining the winner, criteria such as team spirit that prevailed throughout the event.
