"Le réveil des papilles"
Let's look together at how Bordeaux is waking up. Come and wake up your taste buds gently, let yourself be carried away by the smell of the bread that will take us to the bakery of a bakehouse.
After our breakfast stop, we will stroll through the cobbled streets of the Saint-Pierre district to discover some architectural gems.
You will travel from Congo to Reunion Island with Ludovic, a spice enthusiast. The history of vanilla, pepper and the river trade of the Port de la Lune will be told to you.
Finally, we will discover an exceptional selection of regional charcuterie and cheeses from an artisan butcher, producer and breeder in the Basque Country...

"L’Épicurienne" is a gourmet tour where we alternate between the visit of Bordeaux’s historic center and meet with some actors of Bordeaux’s gastronomy with whom we will talk, share and taste.
We will begin our tasting with Maison Seguin's sweet treats. Our escapade will continue in the cheese shop where we will taste the best of our local cheeses. We will walk through the cobblestone streets of Saint Michel and Saint Paul to discover some architectural gems. Guided by the irresistible smell of vanilla from the Congo, white pepper from Penja, cinnamon from Ceylon, we will meet Ludovic. Passionate about spices and Bordeaux, he will tell us the story of the Port of the Moon ... We will finish with the Capuchin market, "the belly of Bordeaux", where we will discover all sorts of local products and taste a good bottle of wine.

"Le Drunch bordelais"
The Drunch, a contraction of lunch and dinner is then ideal to share a gourmet moment and discover Bordeaux.
Our escapade will take us to an exceptional selection of regional charcuterie: Basque sausage, duck sausage, ham, cheese, at a craftsman butcher, producer and farmer.
In the respect of tradition, we will visit a wine lover who will share his passion with us during a wine tasting (wine tasting, mini oenology course).
Is the clairet a red or rosé wine? You will taste it with the famous canelé version MIAM. A surprising marriage, you will succumb without restraint.

"La Balade des Marchés"
Do a centuries-old voucher by discovering the Capuchin market, the oldest market in Bordeaux and the Halles de Bacalan, built in 2017.
Go from the Middle Ages to the 21st century in a stroke of "cuillère à pot". You will cross Bordeaux from the oldest to the newest districts. Nestled on the quays or at the foot of a cathedral, the places of Bordeaux gastronomy will hold no secrets for you. Your path will be lined with tastings (love wells, duck specialities, ham with truffles, charcuteries, oysters, wine, Bordeaux Grands Crus Chocolate mousses...) and encounters. Possibility to do this bike ride on request.

"La balade à table"
There's nothing better way to start a day than by poking your nose into the market. In the midst of the gentle hustle and bustle of the city, you will savour this moment that will mark the start of a morning dedicated to gastronomy. You'll stroll along with discoveries and good addresses, without forgetting to look up to admire some hidden architectural gems. The doors of the kitchen will open for cutting, peeling, cooking and preparing the meal made of local and seasonal products. Our Chef will guide you by revealing his best tricks! It will finally be time to be “À Table !”.
