Hasnaa Chocolats Grands Crus
Hasnaâ Chocolats Grands Crus is an artisan chocolate factory created in Bordeaux in 2014. This chocolate factory, whose production workshop is adjacent to the shop on rue Fondaudège, offers premiers crus de plantation chocolates: this designation designates chocolates from a plantation chosen for the quality of its terroir, the planter's fermentation and drying methodology, which brings highly varied and exceptional aromatic profiles to these chocolates.
This company was created and is run by Hasnaâ Ferreira: a former contestant on the MasterChef TV show in 2012, this young woman switched to the profession of chocolate confectioner in 2013, coming top of her class when she obtained her CAP.
In November 2014, she set up her own chocolate factory where she makes 100% of her specialities. A young hopeful at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2015, she was spotted by the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat (the profession's equivalent of Michelin), who in 2016 awarded her a Tablette d'Or (the equivalent of 3 Michelin stars), the Jury's Coup de Coeur and the 2017 Chocolatière of the Year Award, following a blind tasting of recipes from more than 700 chocolatiers around the world.
The young woman from Bordeaux therefore offers a range of very fine chocolates, with no preservatives, no artificial flavours and made from top-quality products: Corsican Clementines, Sicilian AOC Pistachios, Piedmont Hazelnuts...

Sustainable approach
Hasnaa establishes fair partnerships with its producers, works with agro-forestry plantations and packages its products in recyclable and recycled krafts or in compostable cellulose.
