With this atypical bistronomic restaurant, we want to delight your taste buds through a culinary experience showcasing French cuisine. Ideally located in the heart of rue Saint-Rémi, an essential artery of Bordeaux gastronomy,

GANACHE offers homemade and seasonal dishes, quality pastries and creative cocktails.
In this incredible place, we choose our wine among 150 references, we enjall around a large table, we nestle in love while browsing the eye to detail the atypical and surprising decoration. An invitation to travel, idleness and indulgence that we love to discover.

In the kitchen, the brigade prepares daily dishes that change with the seasons. The chef and his team transform noble products into generous and original dishes. Upstairs, the pastries are sublimated. Presented like small cakes in the shop, breaking the codes of dessert on the plate, the menu changes every three months. Like an observatory of the room, nestled between the shop and the wine cellar: the bar. The mixologists revisit the great classic cocktails and make ephemeral creations.

LUNCH: Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., depending on the number of people
Lunch formula during the week: starter €5, main course €14, dessert €5
EVENING: Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., depending on the number. A la carte.

Capacity: 140 covers. Reservations recommended on weekends.

Sustainable approach

The restaurant is a signatory of the Surfrider European Foundation charter. Amongst this charter’s commitments are: not using single-use plastics nor plastic bottles, creating meals made with seasonal local products in the huge majority of times, offering at least one vegetarian option on the menu, or using eco-friendly cleaning products.
