The multi-starred chef Gordon Ramsay has recently raise the curtain of the Pressoir d'Argent, the new gourmet restaurant in the InterContinental Bordeaux - Le Grand Hotel.

Le Pressoir d'Argent Gordon Ramsay hosts in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday, the local, national and international customers.

In the kitchen, Gordon Ramsay puts the Executive Chef Romain Lorenzon (previously the underchef of the Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Emilion).

"Having successfully opened the 2-Michelin-star restaurant Trianon Palace in Versailles , I am delighted to open this second restaurant in the heart of France's most famous vineyards of the world but also to work products of Aquitain soil, internationally acclaimed . The InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel has a fabulous history that dates back to the eighteenth century and we look forward to working with the hotel staff in this amazing hotel in the heart of the city's golden triangle.
