Château La Rose Perrière

Best Of Wine Tourism, Vignobles et découvertes

Located in the commune of Lussac, Château La Rose Perrière is one of the oldest properties in the appellation.

It is for the richness of its history and its exceptional terroir that Jean Luc Sylvain fell under the charm of this vineyard. A renowned cooper from the Bordeaux right bank, he bought the property in 2003 and undertook major renovation work on the winery, storage buildings and vineyard. Thanks to family know-how and knowledge, it is part of the Sylvain family that today works to produce wines of exceptional quality.

Covering an area of 14 hectares, the vines benefit from a clay-limestone subsoil with traditional Saint-Emilion grape varieties: Merlot (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Malbec (3%).

Come and discover our wide range of wines :

-in Lussac Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations for red wines
-in the Bordeaux appellation for dry white wine
-in Vin de France denomination for Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah.

The Château La Rose Perrière team welcomes you to discover the property and its wines with a varied range of visits such as our discovery tours, wine tasting from barrels, wine blending workshops and various events organized all the year.
