You can discover its vineyards, the first of which date back to 1557, and part of which is located in front of the château. A house full of charm and legends awaits you. History tells us that it was the meeting place for Henri II and Diane de Poitiers during their hunting expeditions. The intertwined royal monograms H and D are engraved in the Château's stone and now adorn the packaging of our wines.

The 28-hectare vineyard benefits from the exceptional Saint Estèphe terroir of gravel and limestone.

It was during the famous Médoc marathon that Chris Cardon, the current owner, discovered the region. He decided to buy Château La Haye in 2012, with the aim of enabling the vintages to reveal the best expression of the terroirs and grape varieties typical of the appellation - 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec.

Romantic tour

Technical visit followed by a tasting of our wines (3) in our historic Salon “Diane”, with a talk on the history of the Château.
Gourmet treats are offered (local chocolates...) & a moment alone during the tasting is allotted (approx. 15 min).
You'll also leave with a small gift from the estate.

Awakening the senses

12€ adult and 8€ from 5 to 17 years old and free under 5 years old.
The history of the Château told with passion by our guide, accompanied by a visit to our cellars and vat room.
Our expertise will be explained in great detail.
The tour ends with a tasting of 3 cuvées, followed by a workshop to discover the aromas found in wines.
Children will be offered a tasting of grape juice from one of our partners.
