Château Cérons has opened its doors for wine tasting since 2012. This is also the date when Xavier & Caroline Perromat became the owners of the vineyard.
Downtown, with big enclosing-stone walls, this eighteenth century’s Charterhouse is just in front of the lovely twelfth century's church.
This remarkable architectural unit is nowadays registered within the Historic buildings.

Château de Cérons is certified High Environmental Value, ISO14001 (environmental management), has been converting to organic farming since 2021 and practises biodynamic viticulture. These commitments guarantee responsible viticulture on the estate.
The château also has a low-carbon route with La Bulle Verte (bicycle tour).
