Sustainable approachNathalie Feferberg from Bordeaux River Cruise testifies: "Born from a shared passion for the Estuary and the Garonne River, Bordeaux River Cruise acts from now on to make people discover the river, its landscapes, and its flavours aboard its red and black fleet. At a time when the environment has become a priority for many, we are proud to talk about our boat named Sicambre, which navigates since the beginning of the year using hybrid energy thanks to the installation, of batteries. This installation is completing our solar panels equipment, placed on the roof. As a fully-fledged restaurant, we want our commitments for the environment and local channel distribution to be felt up until your plates: the menu is made from fresh local produces and in accordance with seasonality. Working with collaborators from Bordeaux is also essential. It is why we work with Mon Petit Sceau to recycle our biowaste or cigarette butts with EcoMégôt for example.
Sustainable tourism is in our DNA, it's as simple at this!"
