Château Ambe Tour Pourret
I cook in the Château !
You will be given your own hob and preparation space. You will learn how to prepare a French menu using regional and seasonal products. Enjoy the wines of our different properties during the course of the meal.
Minimum 2 people - Maximum 12 people.
Workshops run all year long for lunch from 10am to 1.30pm and for dinner from 6pm to 9pm. Booking required at least 5 days prior the event.
The workshop includes:
- Visit of the Château
- Cooking workshop and a meal
- Three glasses of wine
- Mineral water, coffee or tea & St-Emilion macaron
- From 2 to 4 people: 150€/person (Starter/Main/Dessert)
- From 5 to 12 people: 115€/person (Starter/Main/Dessert)
