ComplanTerra - caviste
Specializing in the sale of organic, biodynamic, and natural wines from all over France, ComplanTerra is both a wine shop, a wine bar, and a tasting workshop located in the Saint Paul district of Bordeaux. It’s the perfect place to discover wines made using environmentally and human-friendly viticultural methods.
At ComplanTerra, we offer a selection of around twenty wines available by the glass for tasting, and about 400 bottles available to take away or enjoy on-site.
Our e-commerce website allows us to ship wines worldwide via a qualified carrier specialized in the secure delivery of fragile products.
Our tasting workshops are a great opportunity to explore organic, biodynamic, and natural wines from Bordeaux (available in French and English).
Our food menu aligns with this eco-conscious approach, featuring local, seasonal products sourced from organic farming whenever possible.
At lunchtime, we offer set menus at €19 (starter + main or main + dessert) or €24 (starter + main + dessert).
We also serve oysters from the Arcachon Bay all week long, with a tempting offer for oyster lovers : our signature deal — €1 per oyster every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, and Saturday lunchtime.
Sustainable approach
Complanterra only offers organic, biodynamic and natural wines and is attentive to its waste management (plastic, paper, business cards).
The produce on the menu also comes from environmentally-friendly production methods (organic farming, sustainable fishing, local produce, etc.).
