By road
Several roads and sections of highways are closed or subject to restrictions across Gironde and the Landes. Some areas affected by the wildfires are currently inaccessible. Before hitting the road, check for current closures and detour routes.

Rail service is suspended between Bordeaux and Arcachon, as well as between Bordeaux and Morcenx. TER regional train cancellations are currently expected to remain in place until the end of 29 July. SNCF is allowing affected passengers to cancel or exchange their tickets free of charge.
