Best Of Wine Tourism

Château Gruaud Larose is a Second Grand Cru in the Saint Julien appellation. The vineyard is of 82 hectares. Throughout centuries, the chateau has managed to impose a perfect balance between the laws of nature and consideration of man’s work in the search of excellence.
As of the tourism season 2015, visitors will be welcomed in our new visitor’s center, a 350 m2 building with a tasting area, a lounge and a shop. The new tower with its 18 meter high panoramic viewpoint overlooks the vineyards and the Gironde River and offers a magnificent view over the region.
Choose between our various offers (ex. tour of the cellars and vinification facilities, tour in the vineyard, wine tasting initiation, vertical tastings in the 19th century Chateau lounges,..).
We will receive you from Monday to Saturday, preferably by appointment, from 9:30am-12:30pm and from 2:00pm-7pm (6pm November-March incl.).
