Cave La Rose Pauillac
Bringing together small Pauillac winegrowers to create a large wine estate: such was the ambition of the few local owners who founded in 1933 the Producer Group La Rose Pauillac, the oldest cooperative in Aquitaine. Become a real institution, this 25 hectares winery located in the heart of the city center of Pauillac, brings together small parcels surrounded by Grands Crus Classées du Médoc.
From April to September, La Rose Pauillac offers "The Odyssey of the Rose", an all-public, original and unique winery tour!
During this educational and funny visit, discover alongside us the vine cycle through the seasons from pruning to harvesting.
In turn, video projections and highlights shed light on the winemaking process and reveal our daily life as cooperators.
An immersive 360 ° sound and light show in the large 12m high vat room is the work of an emotional and breathtaking journey around wine.
At the end of this Odyssey, depending on the formula chosen, you will be offered a tasting of our finest vintages.
The visits are offered at fixed times: April-May-June-September: 11 a.m. / 2 p.m. / 3 p.m. / 4 p.m. / 4.40 p.m. - July-August: 11 a.m. / 12 p.m. / 1 p.m. / 2 p.m. / 3 p.m. / 4 p.m. / 5 p.m. / 5.40 p.m.

The cellar is open all year from Monday to Saturday.
From October to March, we offer a traditional winery tour with tasting from Tuesday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Sustainable approach
La Cave La Rose Pauillac is on the process of obtaining the High Environmental Value certification. Currently, they only work with bio-controlled products without any carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic substances.
