Sustainable approach

The family business perpetuates this expertise and constantly innovates with the same principles: choosing the best raw materials and promoting short and local circuits whenever possible. It has also founded a cooperative of small cocoa producers in Madagascar. Recently, Maison Pariès built a workshop in Urrugne, in the middle of hazelnut trees, where it processes its own cocoa beans and hazelnuts.
