Right in Bordeaux downtown, L’Epicerie 56 is a gourmetfood store & qualitative grocery based on tasty, handmade and direct from producers. It is also a wine store with 100 references of different wines from Bordeaux area, France (Bourgogne, Rhone, Loire, Champagne…) and other countries (Spain, Italia, Argentine, South Africa, Chile, Libanon…)
Our offer covers a large selection of “Terroir” products (foies gras, patés, jams and candied ducks), french cheeses, “apéro” spread, locally smoked salmon & trout, Bearnaise ham, andouille and sausage, sweet and salted crackers, mustards as well as fresh soft drinks and local fruits & vegetables.

Sustainable approach
Most of the products on sale at Épicerie 56 are grown locally, either organically or with a high environmental value, by local greengrocers and agricultural cooperatives. The company's vehicles are electric and a number of actions are taken on a daily basis: reducing electricity consumption, recycling waste, re-use, setting up deposit boxes (egg boxes, wooden trays, glass jars, etc.).
