Restaurant Lalique Château Lafaurie Peyraguey
Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey is located in the heart of the Sauternes region. The Lalique hotel and restaurant is a must stopover in the Bordeaux region.
In January 2019, Jérôme Schilling and the LALIQUE restaurant were awarded a Michelin star, providing the Sauternes region with its first ever starred restaurant. A second star from the famous red guide was announced in March 2022 further rewarding the work and talent of Chef Jérôme Schilling.
He is aiming to turn traditional on its head and experiment with diferent ways of using Sauternes: infusion, maceration, fermentation, crystallization, poaching. Everything provides inspiration: grape must, wine lees, vine shoots.
Open from 1 February to 31 December:
Thursday to Monday, 12:30 to 13:30 and 19:30 to 21:00
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays in low season, and Saturday lunchtimes.
Restaurant La Terrasse de Lafaurie (30 April to 12 October 2025): closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays.
