Château Gassies - Gîte Calèche
10 minutes from Bordeaux's TGV train station, nestled in the heart of a vast 14-hectare wooded park, in the shade of a majestic three-hundred-year-old Lebanese Cedar, Château Gassies will win your heart. Dating from 1775, this elegant property offers 3 gîtes/ guesthouses.
The Gîte Calèche was once the residence of the coachman of the Château. Hence its name “Calèche” which means “Carriage”. This charming three-bedroom cottage has two private bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, three toilets, three fireplaces and a green outdoor dining area, with barbecue, facing the heated and secure swimming pool. This cottage can accommodate from 6 to 10 people.
Our site, developed as a small resort, offers two heated swimming pool : one 18 m infinity pool (facing west) , reserved for our B&B suites clients and a gated 15 m swimming pool ( facing south) , reserved for our guesthouse's clients.
A tennis court and basketball court, a fitness room, with sauna & steam bath and a large playground for children are all available to our clients.
Chateau Gassies is also SPA THÉMAÉ, and offers a variety of massages and facials in its massage room. We look forward to welcoming you soon at Chateau Gassies.
