28 and 29 August

The first edition of the Pagaille festival will take place in Bordeaux on 28 and 29 August 2026: two days of contemporary music, street performances and food trucks in the heart of Bordeaux.

Pagaille comes to Bordeaux

For its very first edition, Pagaille is setting up shop right in the heart of Bordeaux! On 28 and 29 August 2026, the Place des Quinconces will be transformed into a venue for celebration, socialising and discovery. Two days of contemporary music, street arts and a friendly atmosphere, at the foot of the Girondins monument.

A festival like no other

Organised by Côte Ouest, Peel Productions and Sauce Prod, in partnership with the City of Bordeaux, Pagaille aims to be more than just a festival: a vibrant and accessible space where different audiences, styles and generations come together. This isn’t a standardised mass gathering, but an urban, participatory and responsible event, rooted in local life.

The line-up

A rich and daring line-up celebrating all forms of contemporary music.

  • Friday 28 August — The legendary band The Cure kick off the festivities and set the tone for a weekend marked by collective emotion.
  • Saturday 29 August — It’s time for electro and rap with Charlotte de Witte, Boris Brejcha and Meryl, for a day that builds to a crescendo. Other artists round out the line-up, fostering dialogue between different musical worlds and generations.

Much more than just concerts

Around the stages: street performances, food trucks and local cultural, community and gastronomic organisations. The festival is also committed to a sustainable and inclusive experience — reducing its environmental footprint, promoting sustainable transport and ensuring accessibility for all.
