Moss Patisserie

Sandra, founder of MOSS Pâtisserie in Bordeaux, a communicator, I am a foodie, an entrepreneur and committed to quality pastry that is accessible to everybody.
My goal is to pass on my passion, the art of baking and share tips, in order to learn or improve your skills.


I make pastry workshops in small groups, in French or English, on specialties from the South West region and the great classics of French pastry.

My aim with MOSS Pâtisserie is to give meaning to the experience lived during the workshops. Give new flavor to the simple pleasures of life (a dessert shared at Sunday meal, lemon meringue pie, Paris-Brest or flan), make you want to acquire new know-how, reintroduce gluttony into our lives.

Because after all, what flavor can our daily life have if we no longer take the time to be greedy?
