Château Fage La Maison des Vignes

Carole and Yves GLOTIN have both been involved in the world of vines and oenology for several generations. They are the third family to take the lead of Château FAGE, a vineyard with an area of 40 hectares (including 4 dedicated to the cultivation of organic wine) in the Graves de Vayres classification; it was in 2015 that they produced their first Vintage.

Soon they wanted to create a place of memories, sharing, pleasure and sincerity. After careful consideration, the site has turned into the splendour it deserves : a hotel, a restaurant and a place to share the Bordeaux wine knowledge and passion. Renovation work began in 2018.

Today, Carole and her teams are bringing FAGE back to life with hospitality, passion and originality through this beautiful hotel restaurant combined with a tasting cellar on their wine estate. They welcome you to their 4-star hotel and its 26 cozy rooms.
The gourmet restaurant La Maison des Vignes complements their offering with cuisine that is meaningful, thoughtful, and reasonable, a commitment to sourcing exceptional products and promoting local producers, all in a relaxed, home-like atmosphere.
