In a welcoming atmosphere, sommeliers propose you, by reservation, tasting workshops of great vineyards “from Bordeaux to Languedoc”, or completely different walk “made to measure” according your wine-making preferences.

You will find shelving units full of wine among the best of France, a large choice of previously unseen cuvees and specially selected from the whole wine-making regions, New World region references and countless champagne bubbles : there you go the Metropolitain’s winner recipe.

The set menu:

> Starting from 20€ until 40€ per person (1 hours to 2 hours with 4/6 tasting of wines according to thematics) and an assortment of charcuterie/cheeses/vegetable to crunch.

> A plate of cheese or cold local meat + an original blind tasting (12cl) - 13,90€
