BIG Bistrot Girondin is a modern, cozy and elegant bistro, open to the outside. The typicity of the card is resolutely turned towards a sharing kitchen, at the same time, greedy and convivial. In the kitchen, the chef Romain Guyot chooses only seasonal products, as much as possible coming from a local sector, Gironde following traditional recipes of the South-West: braised pig cheek, monkfish fricassee served with roasted celery, chestnuts and nuts.

On the cellar side, the wine list offers a selection of 250 references, most of which are Bordeaux wines: wines with a quality-price ratio studied up to all the first classified grands crus -

The decor inspired by architect Jérémy Nadau has highlighted the original cement tiles dating from 1873 associated with design lighting, comfortable benches & armchairs covered with velvet in warm and dark shades bringing a touch of elegance and modernity at this bistro of a new kind.
