Restaurant Lalique Château Lafaurie Peyraguey
Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey is located in the heart of the Sauternes region. The Lalique hotel and restaurant is a must stopover in the Bordeaux region.
In January 2019, Jérôme Schilling and the LALIQUE restaurant were awarded a Michelin star, providing the Sauternes region with its first ever starred restaurant. A second star from the famous red guide was announced in March 2022 further rewarding the work and talent of Chef Jérôme Schilling.
He is aiming to turn traditional on its head and experiment with diferent ways of using Sauternes: infusion, maceration, fermentation, crystallization, poaching. Everything provides inspiration: grape must, wine lees, vine shoots.
Opening from February to December 2022
-From February 3rd to May 9th , and from October 1st to December 31st : from Thursday to Monday from 12am to 1.30pm and from 7.30 to 9.30pm.
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
-From May 12th to September 30th: La Terrasse du Lafaurie every day for lunch and the gastronomic restaurant every day for dinner.
